Collaborated closely with Production and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize production performance. Supports automation and maintenance of fully automated automotive production equipment in a high volume manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities span PLC-level troubleshooting on stamping and robotic systems, MES integration, and driving targeted improvement initiatives to strengthen equipment reliability and line productivity. PLC–MES Integration — Integrated PLC alarm and fault signals to MES for real-time monitoring, reducing engineering response time to equipment failures. Key Projects - Digital Process Workflow — Developed an HMI interface enabling operators to track live process status and surface issues in real time, replacing manual monitoring. - Takt Time Optimization — Monitored production cycle data, identified bottlenecks, and implemented process adjustments to improve overall line productivity. - Breakdown Reduction Initiative — Conducted root cause analysis on recurring failures and applied corrective actions to improve machine reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. - Obsolete Equipment Replacement — Replaced end-of-life equipment and modified control programs for seamless integration into existing production lines. - Automated Line Start-Up System — Replaced a manual station-by-station start-up process with a one button automated sequence, providing operators with real-time fault visibility to pinpoint exactly which station is blocking the line from starting.

Designed, programmed, and commissioned PLC/SCADA automation systems for new and upgraded industrial production lines in food processing manufacturing. Took end-to-end ownership of multiple automation projects — from BOQ preparation and control system design through PLC programming, SCADA configuration, equipment integration, and site commissioning. Also developed IoT-based monitoring tools and contributed to MES stability improvements.
