TelBru Management Trainee Program comprises of 4 months formal training on TelCo introductory courses such as Basic Telecommunications, Basic Finance, etc. and soft skills such as leadership, coaching, mentoring, customer care, etc. Upon completion of formal training, each management trainee will undergo a 3 years job rotation to different departments based on their assigned track. Each rotation lasts for about 3 months to 1 year, depending on company's needs.
