Over 10 years experience as Independent Director. I have been serving on the Boards of several listed companies since 2015 including 2 tea companies in the Jardine Group, La Opala and Duroply Industries Ltd in the FMCG space, SKP Securities in the area of broking and investment advisory services. In March 2026, I was inducted into the Board of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited .As Independendent Director, I have led discussions that focus on the three pillars of Governance, Transparency and Accountability. My role has been to contribute to the synergy of the Board Room in shaping strategic decisions that not only impacts financial statements positively but creates value for all stakeholders and aims to manage a "culture of change" given the dynamics of the geopolitical landscape and the AI led technological revolution. I view the role of the Board as pivotal in empowering leadership and management to reinvent themselves in leveraging AI and build a culture of resilience and adaptability.I am active in the philantrophic space, serving on Boards of Trusts committed to Education, Healthcare and the promotion of our Culture and Heritage.
