Responsible for supporting the APAC Sales President and regional leadership by driving strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and operational excellence across subsidiaries. Key responsibilities and achievements include: Supported the Sales President on daily business topics, including APAC economic data analysis (GDP, CPI, PPI, currency trends) and development of management dashboards for group steering and information exchange. Led digitalization initiatives across APAC subsidiaries , analyzing current IT tool usage, defining common standards, and implementing unified approaches for pricing, price increase models, sales analysis, and action-planning tools. Established structured data-sharing concepts and standardized reporting, ensuring regular updates and transparent information flow to Management, MSM, and Product Units. Coordinated and monitored Sales Initiatives across APAC, taking ownership for governance, knowledge development, and performance tracking. Managed daily business operations, ensuring alignment between regional strategy and local execution. Drove dSFM (Value Streamer) setup and rollout, including KPI definition, tracking, and follow-up to ensure sustainable performance improvements. Led outbound traceability rollout initiatives, particularly for India, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, and India, supporting implementation of traceability solutions. Acted as a member of the LEAN Expert Team, contributing to maturity checks, follow-up on improvement actions, LEAN implementation. This role combines strategic sales support, digital transformation, operational excellence, and LEAN leadership to strengthen APAC sales performance and transparency.

Spearheaded the implementation and control of key operational processes and digital tools across the APAC region. My role focused on enhancing data-driven decision-making, improving process efficiency, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. CRM & Data Management: Managed CRM systems, overseeing performance dashboards and implementing rigorous data quality controls to ensure accuracy and support sales effectiveness. Process Implementation & Improvement: Led the successful rollout and ongoing management of critical tools and processes, including the APAC Management Cockpit dashboard, the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, and the Value Streamer digital operations tool. Data Analysis & Strategy: providing crucial support for HQ functions. Actively tracked and drove progress on the APAC ZEPHYR 2030 strategic action plan. Business Development & Project Support: Provided direct support to the APAC Business Development Manager and collaborated with the regional management team on special projects related to sales and operations. Marketing & Communications: Assisted with regional social media and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
