* training the local engineer quickly deal with the abnormal isuues of productions；deal with NG incoming material and set up the flow of feedback abnormal incoming material; * training local engineer set up bom and regular updated it on the SAP system; * recycle key parts of production and set up flow of complementing the spare parts; guide the local engineer to transmit the new project to brazil and check the fixtures,equipments,sop.so on * training the local engineer pack the production and check the accessories and approve the packing material. * training the local engineer how to analysis the RMA isuues and do the report.

* initial process set up before trial run- --including the project risk analysis,output document PFMEA , initial process set up, output document flow chart,layout ,cyctime study ,mamufacture feasibility evaluate ,assemly jig technical spec.release,review spec. with supplier,do the jig acceptance. second part: the process validation ----new project trial run * kick off the meeting of trial run ( information related all department trial run purpose ,target ,critical point) * follow up the trial run and coordinate all partment smoothly complete the trial run * hold a review meeting and assign task to solve trial run's issues * do the trial run report and follow up the issues should finish on time. third part transfer to mass production * optimze the process to meet mass production cycle time * decrease scrap,improve efficient. * transfer the related document to production
