Projects/Technical/QC/Procurement/Planning Engineering, Assist in the preparation of technical proposals(MAR/MIR/MS/STQ/SWR/RLM/ASBUILT/JSA etc.), budgets, and schedules, Project Management & Procurement Support, Planning & Estimation, Site Management, Preparation of Material Reconciliation, Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports, QC Inspection(Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical drawings and specifications), Monitor and track project milestones and progress, ensuring electrical works are completed on time and within budget, Participate in site meetings to review work status and resolve any issues that arise during construction, perform site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical drawings and specifications, collaborate with the project manager and other engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, and instrumentation) to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems into the overall plant design. Monitor and track project milestones and progress, ensuring electrical works are completed on time and within budget, participate in site meetings to review electrical work status and resolve any issues that arise during construction, oversee electrical contractors to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards, review electrical installation plans and supervise the on-site installation of electrical systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, power panels, and control panels. Lead commissioning activities, including the testing and calibration of electrical systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of electrical designs, installation procedures, test reports, and commissioning activities, liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of various components, Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve any design conflicts or technical issues.

Site visit for the feasility study, budget estimation and tendering.Preparation of technical drawings and specification of the system and its design, modification, site supervison, testing & commmisioning. Attending safety and Technical meetings.Communicating with other discipline engineers, client, consultant, customers and defining customer requirements.Preparation of working drawing, PEP, MAS and getting its approval from the necessary authorities.Receiving work permits, collaborating with the managers, other engineers, supervisors & technicians to ensure that the work is inline with the customer requirements and safety standards. Handling purchase & procurement, material management and manpower allocation.Preparation of daily and weekly progress report, monthly report.Evaluating the system safety, reliablity and performance to ensure the installation and operation confirm to proper standard and customer requirement. Compiling the project activities and data in a regular manner.

Develops an in-depth knowledge of the contractual requirements for the project. Oversees the construction to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, inspects construction workmanship, materials, equipment. Reviews monthly pay vouchers related to electrical construction activities and provides evaluation to supervisor. Monitors the construction schedule, reviews proposals for change, and makes recommendations to Project Director on time extension requests. Prepares written reports to Project Director with analysis and recommendations on alternatives and actions, where appropriate. Prepares periodic progress reports to Project Director as required. Prepares and reviews engineering drawings, electrical load calculations, technical specifications and cost estimates for construction change orders. Liaises with local authorities responsible for the implementation, scheduling and compliance of local building codes and construction regulations.

Erection, operation and maintenance Experience in 11KV, 33KV OHL (wooden / concrete Poles), pole / ground mounted transformers. Erection, operation and maintenance experience in 11KV, 33KV pole mounted recloses, A/B switches ,HV/LV UGC laying. HT/LT power line Installation, Drawings, Site Survey, and Monitoring of All Erection Activities. Attend project meeting, site progress and any Electrical services related technical meetings with project manager. Preparing daily report of site work Coordinate project management activities, project schedules, resources, equipment and information. Supervise and manage vendor & manage material and equipment’s deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications. Responsible for site surveying & coordination of sub-contract for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects. Project Documentation related to Inspection Test Report, Protocols Etc.

Scheduling and inspecting the installation and maintenances of electrical systems. Provide administrative assistance to other engineers and staffs when needed. Review project specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements. Prepare technical design documents based on project specifications. Identify system integration and design issues and provide appropriate resolutions. Monitor and report project status to management on regular basis. Schedule project review meetings to discuss about any issues and recommendations. Supervise project activities to ensure timely completion. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer specifications. Provide technical guidance to project team when needed. Schedule routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems. Develop preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems. Ensure that system breakdowns, failures and repairs are addressed promptly.

Making Electrical Plans and drawing, Overseeing Electrical installation, troubleshooting electrical issues, Ensuring Electrical Safety, Commissioning of Electrical Systems, Managing and maintaining building services, such as lighting, heating, ventilation and lift systems. Reviewing Electrical calculations, attending safety and technical meeting Inspecting quality of work at the site as well as the material used. Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods. Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the asst. Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary, and environmental standards.
