• Oversaw production for denim and wovens for the Quiksilver and Factory divisions • Approved fabric and trims for all production orders • Negotiated costs and lead-times with multiple factories in China, Indonisia, Vietnam, and Bangladesh to ensure target IMU’s and calendar INDC dates were met • Reported category weighted averages to DMM each month • Managed and maintained WIP to ensure on time delivery • Worked daily in Enovia (PLM program) by updating costs and actualizing styles • Worked with Product Development to create a process to review vendor allocation prior to initial cost reporting each season • Re-sourced basic programs with new vendors to achieve improved margins • Created a Problem Alert log to easily track QC issues and address key offenders where needed • Worked with Logistics team to ensure PO’s are delivered within correct fiscal month • Worked with DMM on capacity planning for denim factories
