- Follow orders and develop sample and quotation - Arrange the meeting with customer at the company and keep in touch with them - Discuss with technical for new products and discuss with customer - Make quotation - Develop sample and PPS and pass the customer’s requirements to related dept for mass production - Check carton layout and label before sending to customer - Follow the shipdate and status of goods to push factory finish on time - Follow payment status - Express documents to the customer - Receive and result complaints of customer - Handle BSCI and Smeta and other customer’s audits - Do EUTR document - Make a weekly report

- Follow sample status and arrange to ship to the fair, make sample test report and packing steps. - Check AI + Carton layout + label before sending to customer. - Follow purchase order: contact with factory and QC to ship goods on time. - Contact with carrier to push them release booking. - Contact with factory to combine goods with other factories if has. - Follow Spare parts to make sure factory provides right and enough quantity. - Make report every week and month.

*** Old products: - Check loading ability, do PI. - Arrange a schedule to run mass production. - Work with purchaser and production dept to produce. - Follow the ship date on PO and push customer release booking. - Follow and push customer payments. - Receive and solve complaints from customers and make the replacing PO if has. - *** New products: - Do quotation and develop sample - Meeting with customers and working with them on samples, PPS. - Check label and carton layout before sending customer confirmation.

- Make a production plan for the factory. - Near ETD as customer’s request, check with the factory about the cargo’s status. If it is ok, carry out to book space with the carrier (nominated by the buyer), if it is not ok then re-inform and explain the suitable reason for them. - Request the trucking company to get empty containers. - Making documents and sending them to the broken companies to declare custom. The service company sends customs declaration, I check and confirm it. - Sending ISF, SI to the carrier to issue B/L before closing time. - Check and confirm B/L. If the bill is okay, send it to the broker company to get it from the carrier. - Push Carrier/FWD send debit note and check it. Send a debit note to an accountant for payment. After that receive OBL. - Prepare documents (Invoice, Bill, customs declaration, Red bill...) to make C.O form B. Send the document to VCCI department and wait for the result from them. After they sign the C.O, scan and send the customer file. - Prepare original document (Invoice, OBL, C.O) and send customer ASAP. - Follow customer’s payment and request carrier to release cargo for them if receive payment. - Make a report per month and send it to the boss.

- Receive bookings from customer and arrange trucking as their request. - Push them to send documents for declaration Customs then make Invoice/ PKL/Sale Contract based on the document, that the customer sent. - Declaration document on system software of Customs and wait for feedback from it. - Print custom pages and take them to the Customs office for finishing. - Provide finishing custom page for the truck driver so that he drops off laden CTNR and liquidates at CY. - Prepare documents to make C.O. The type of C.O depends on the customer’s request and make a Certificate of Origin as well (form A, B, D, AI, AANZ...)

Call customers and convince them to use the service.
