• Spearheaded a strategic sprint for a major US electric utility by authoring the project proposal and leading a cross-functional team. Delivered critical insights for a leading infrastructure investor by uncovering a systemic 5% asset data gap, representing over 43,000 assets in the GIS. • Translated these findings into a compelling business case by highlighting a 15% error rate on safety-critical equipment and quantifying the value of a full GridAware (GA) deployment, projected to reduce asset inspection times by ~83% (~25,000 crew-hours annually). • Pioneered a scalable, repeatable Advance Team business model by authoring the foundational playbook from the inaugural sprint's learnings, standardizing future strategic engagements with a Sprint Analysis Menu and Data Pre-Flight Checklist. • Overhauled the Grid Planning Tool for Distribution (GPT-D) product strategy, pivoting from a "Feature Parity" roadmap (18+ month time-to-value) to a "Feeder Risk Screening" differentiation strategy (Immediate value). This shift unblocked customer adoption and is now the official Plan of Record (POR). • Architected a strategic platform integration to feed real-world asset data from our inspection product directly into our grid planning tool. This solved the critical customer pain point of models being disconnected from reality and created a durable competitive advantage for our entire product suite.

• Oversaw a critical area within the city of Chicago, which supplies over 500 MVA of load, 11+ substations, and includes the Bronzeville Community Microgrid. • Investigated how smart inverters with Volt/VAR may reduce the cost and/or increase the effectiveness of the Voltage Optimization (VO) program. Developed the study methodology, which includes feeder selection and generating the appropriate model. Coordinated and performed the study with Ameren and EPRI. • Presented at the EPRI conference in Nashville regarding the modeling of Smart Inverters. • Improved the power quality of ComEd’s critical customers, which includes Northwest Hospital & University. Performed fault studies and developed solutions to ensure customer will not be adversely impacted by adjacent feeder faults. • Ran steady state voltage and flicker studies in order to analyze the effects of adding distributed energy resources (solar, wind, battery, etc.) onto ComEd's distribution system. • Saved the company over 500 man-hours per year (~$25,000) by automating contingency studies on ComEd’s secondary network system using Python. • Generated over $100,000 in energy savings per year by implementing voltage optimization (VO) by lowering the voltage and correcting the power factor to over 97% on distribution feeders.

• Designed distribution automation schemes on ComEd’s distribution feeders to improve the resiliency of the system, which will prevent outages and restore service for over 500 customers per feeder during electrical faults • Implemented voltage optimization by lowering the voltage and correcting the power factor to over 97% on distribution feeders, resulting in over $72,000 in energy savings per year • Modeled ComEd’s distribution system using CYME and develops project diagrams to improve customer reliability

• Performed voltage stability analysis on ComEd's transmission system to assess the potential effects due to the retirement of Quad Cities, a nuclear generating station • Modeled ComEd's transmission system and executed power flows for over sixty thousand contingencies using PSS/E • Designed and developed a business initiative tracker using SharePoint for Transmission Operation and Planning • Presented voltage stability results to Terence R. Donnelly, Executive Vice President and COO of ComEd.

• Managed over twenty students in a robotics lab environment and coordinating all lab-related activities • Provided written feedback on all written/oral communication assignments, mentoring students on robot design and coding, and grading reports and presentations • Demonstrated creativity by formulating and creating all of the design challenges for the students

• Performed standard and complex tests, analyzed and evaluated Molex products • Operated standard and custom test equipment and chambers, including microscopes and Instron force equipment • Prepared detailed test reports of the product being tested for product evaluation and performance analysis
