McDonald’s Cityscape $2.6 million dollars 17 weeks The building consisted of wood framing, McDonald’s standard metal panels, hardie board, steel cladding, masonry veneer, and numerous upscale design touches throughout. McDonald’s Chestermere $2.8 million dollars 15 weeks The building consists of wood framing, McDonald’s standard metal panels, hardie board, steel cladding, masonry veneer. Drayton Valley Emergency Room Triage $2 million dollars 10 months Demolition and construction to provide new Emergency, Triage and Registration functional areas. The project was phased for current operations to be maintained. Tamarack Center and Elevator $4 million dollars 10 months Installation of an elevator into an existing building. Scope also had a mechanical scope with 8 RTU's and distribution / controls. Parkdale Accessible Rink $1.5 million dollars 6 months The community association made the decision to build an outdoor rink that was accessible to all, making it the first outdoor accessible rink in all of Alberta. Trinity Hills Pet Hospital $5 million dollars 12 months Interior fit out of a specialized pet hospital. We worked with the client and consultants after final selection of the CT scanner was made to ensure the equipment would fit properly.

Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health $30 million 18 months The Centre is a three story structure, approximately 3,200 square meters in size that features a program area on each floor including walk-in services on floor one, intensive community/outpatient treatment on floor two, and the day hospital on the third floor. Removal of a total of 177 trees from the property which includes only those essential to allow construction of the new building and site development to progress. Our goal was to protect as many trees on the property as possible. Kelowna Fire Hall $9 Million 18 Months The purpose-built facility will include four double apparatus bays, training and maintenance yard area and office space able to serve the first response needs of the community. The new building has been planned to incorporate energy efficient construction and other environmentally-friendly building techniques leading to improved operating efficiencies over the long term. WestJet Departures Upgrade $5 million dollars 10 months West Jet was upgrading the departures department with the new baggage system that was already in place. This would allow passengers to self drop their luggage before boarding there flights. We also removed an existing escalator and replaced it with an elevator. Alberta Energy Regulator – Core Research Center $2.5 million dollars 8 months Upgrade of the current storage facility. The facility was used to house geology samples taken over the span of 30 years. Attention to detail and careful planning was needed to ensure no samples were lost or damaged. University of Calgary – SIF Science A $20 million dollars 12 months Redevelopment of specialty manufacturing shops as well as new undergraduate teaching labs for the faculty of science.
