As the Senior Vice President – Engineering at Paytm, I lead technology strategy and execution for the Payments Platform, overseeing engineering across POS systems, IoT Soundbox devices, closed-loop card networks and the EMI product stack. At Intersoft Data Labs, I started a new engineering center and built a high-performance engineering organization from scratch. I led enterprise architecture and engineering delivery for clients across banking, healthcare, education and retail—managing platform development and scaling technical operations. My role focused on driving product development, optimizing engineering processes and delivering strong enterprise technology outcomes across diverse business domains. As an Analyst Programmer at Ramco Systems, I worked on the development and integration of ERP modules focused on inventory and warehouse management. My responsibilities involved enhancing enterprise processes through module-level improvements and technical collaboration with engineering teams. I implemented feature enhancements in the Inventory Management Module using VC++ and SQL Server. I also integrated ERP transactions with the Swatch LVS warehouse system, streamlining data flow across systems and improving procedural accuracy across multiple modules.
