Sync up with suppliers on a daily basis to expedite parts for pending, undelivered and upcoming production orders Order management(from order receipt , through order entry to delivery including price and delivery related credit note management) Manage vendor on boarding, setup, and vendor relationship management Keep a track of upcoming production orders, material requirements and proactively negotiate with suppliers to deliver goods on time with optimum cost and quality Working knowledge of InforM3 and MS Excel

Coordinate with production teams to update planner on material availability for in-hand production orders.
