I enjoy being the link between candidates, hiring managers, and business teams to make the hiring and onboarding journey as smooth and efficient as possible. Strong expertise in handling Workday business requisitions (BizDocs), HR systems, and recruitment platforms including Greenhouse, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, and ServiceNow ticketing systems. What I value most is creating an efficient, compliant, and candidate-friendly experience, while supporting the business with accurate data and timely delivery. Whether it’s managing referrals, handling background checks, or streamlining workflows, I take pride in getting things right the first time and building trust with both candidates and colleagues.
