The service is being developed to help families shortlist and coordinate with care homes based on their stated preferences, while supporting care homes by reducing unsuitable enquiries. My background in medicine, health services management, and UK care home operations helps me understand both family concerns and care home realities, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
