As the Director of Overseas Business at Yuhan CDMO, I lead the development and expansion of the small molecule contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) business in the global market, focusing on drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP) unparalleled services. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have a strong background in supply chain management, overseas experience, and administrative organization. Prior to joining Yuhan CDMO in 2021, I was the head of the representative office (RO) in Vietnam for Yuhan Corporation, where I managed the operations, sales, and marketing of pharmaceutical products in the Southeast Asian region. My main mission at that time was how to build up a pharmaceutical factory in the area so I conducted a feasibility study. I have also worked as a supply chain manager at Yuhan Corporation for 18 years, overseeing the procurement, logistics, and inventory of raw materials and finished goods. My core competencies include strategic planning, market analysis, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for the healthcare sector. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and efficiency.
