Head of marketing communications, digital marketing, and social media initiatives of BITS Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP). WILP is a leader in the area of formal technical education for working professionals, and offers M.Tech., B.Tech., MBA, and Certification programmes in contemporary and emerging technologies.

Part of the core team tasked with launching Ameriprise Financial in India. Created strategy framework for marketing communications, digital marketing, consumer research and client acquisition for the Fortune 500® company. Worked with the Marketing HQ in the U.S. and communications agency in U.K. to launch the brand.

Led a team of campaign managers to support corporate sales, branch banking, direct sales and asset sales channels in the assigned territory. Managed new branch launches, brand visibility, customer acquisition and cross-selling.

Managed the annual marketing calendar, retail and institutional campaigns, store openings, consumer loyalty programs; helped re-launch operations in Delhi.

Launched the hypermarket and apparel retail formats in the assigned territory, led the marketing, customer care and loyalty programs; supported institutional sales and generated marketing revenue through in-store space selling.

Managed pan-India marketing programs for the quick-service and vending divisions, executed campaigns for the launch and sale of new products, and drove business growth through institutional and retail distribution.
