Recycling of post consumer PET bottles into Recycled PET flakes and onward into Recycled PET pellets (Resin) • As an export as well as local based market, I ensured documentation based on DoC (Declaration of Compliance) for Food Contact Material enabling easy export into core European and United States of American markets that led to wider customer range for the company • Being experienced with European, American and Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) requirements, I Ensured the company’s registration and certification of European Food Safety Authority(EFSA) Recycling Installation Number (RIN), Recycling Facility Number (RFN), Recycling Operator Number (RON), United States FDA and Standard Organization of Nigeria(SON) Mandatory Conformity Assessment Program (MANCAP) • Being the pioneer QHSE manager, I ensured the setting up of cGMP for both PET post consumer bottles Washing and PET pelletizing production lines (by developing a quality control plan QCP, writing of necessary SOPs, checklist, training of both quality and technical staff on personnel/product safety and quality). • Prepared the company for both regulatory and customer verification audits by conducting periodic in-house audits.

Ensured effective training of officers and factory operatives on Good manufacturing practice (GMP), Food safety, Good hygiene practice (GHP) etc to achieve consistent quality product output (Minimal Standard Variations) and waste reduction. 2. I have excellent problem solving skills that have led to high production efficiency yielding high profit margins and reduction of Customer complaints by 95-99% arising mostly from poor packaging like improper sealing and many more. 3. 1. I select suitable grain type for different client, based on their specifications such as hybrid grains from non hybrid tailored to intended usage avioding rejects on delivery. 2. I source for grains at different locations within Nigeria to meet client needs. 3. I ensure that food grade fumigants are used for routine fumigation of our warehouses around the country based on regulatory requirement. 4. I identify locations for purchasing grains at much lower prices aimed at maximizing profit for my firm, such as Saminaka in Kaduna and Mangu in Plateau State known for large quantity of different breeds of maize, Angyaragu in Nasarawa State as well as Bauchi State known for sorghum etc. 5. I prepared training materials tailored to our clients needs on FSMS, QMS, GMP, HACCP, GHP, GLP etc 6.
