Job Profile: Worked as a unit head in a chemical plant where Rice bran oil (30 TPD) and De oiled rice bran(270 TPD)produced. This plant consists of a solvent extraction plant, Boiler, R.O plant, Water treatment plant and D.G unit. Headed production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, safety and administration functions in a continuous process plant. Also involved in Business development, finding new customers and market segments for existing products.Hired, Developed a new team and steam lined operations of a new plant and managed contract labours also.

Operational Management: Managed the continuous chemical fiber division using a Delta V based Distributed Control System. Oversaw the Pulp Mill operations, specializing in the production of Viscose Stable Fiber (210 TPD) with a CE/OHEDS02 bleaching sequence. Supervised various plant components including O2 generation, Cl2 and SO2 generation plants, Hypo generation plant, and chlorine dioxide generation plant. System developed: Contributed significantly to achieving the WCM award in 2009, recognizing excellence in manufacturing practices. SAP Expertise: Served as a core team member in the creation and implementation of the SAP PP module specific to the Aditya pulp fiber division, streamlining production planning process.

Operational Expertise: Managed operations in two chemical plants: Chemical Pulp Mill (Capacity=120 TPD) and Cold Soda Refiner Mechanical Pulp Mill (Capacity=250 TPD). Gained comprehensive experience in the functioning of both Pulp Mill and Sugar Mill. Project Management: Led projects aimed at improving the efficiency of pulp washing.Conducted mathematical modeling and simulation of existing plant processes to optimize chemical consumption in the pulp washing unit.
