Responsible for driving Rainbow Dynamics Robotics’ market entry and business expansion across Japan and South Korea, establishing sales channels and increasing brand awareness and market presence. 2. Led the setup of Rainbow Dynamics Japan from the ground up, including company establishment, team building. In addition to overseeing sales and business development activities, manage the day-to-day operations of the Japan entity as COO Japan, serve as the key liaison between the Japan office and global headquarters, ensuring alignment on business strategy and execution.

· TTX’s first overseas sales manager dispatched from China to Japan in 2024, responsible for market entry and business development. Closed TTX Japan’s first deal within six months, with a publicly listed e-commerce logistics company as the client. Contributed to rapid business scaling in Japan, the Japan subsidiary achieved nearly JPY 150 million in revenue in its second year. · While continuing to drive growth in the Japanese market, independently launched TTX’s Korea market expansion, successfully developed several local partners and building a robust pipeline.

Founded AOSAKU, a premium Japanese home furnishing brand, specializing in the representation and management of top-tier Japanese brands including LIXIL, TOCLAS, Sangetsu, and HIDA. Led end-to-end brand strategy, market entry, and operations. · Successfully built AOSAKU’s digital presence from scratch, growing the brand to 20,000+ followers within one year across major Chinese social platforms such as Douyin and RED (Xiaohongshu) through content strategy, KOL collaboration, and performance-driven campaigns. ·Designed and implemented a hybrid logistics model combining outsourced logistics partners with a self-operated warehouse, improving delivery efficiency, inventory control, and cost optimization to support scalable growth.
