I am part of Group leadership Team with mandate to drive & transform the Enterprise technology function, make company operations stable with core systems, digital & data driven in line with the group company strategy. Passionately working for the positive impact of Digital & Tech transformation on business ecosystem Large part of my job is to drive the business transformation using all the tech levers at hand, building teams with outstanding domain knowledge and focusing on outcomes. However, the most interesting part is how to make others around me visualize what we can do & taking them down that path of transformation.

To deliver business value out of the implemented SAP system in terms of contribution optimization, efficiency in production process, consumption of input materials, monitoring of actual spending & MIS reporting. The objective of all this work is to support the management in decision making system to optimize profitability & achieve the organization’s goal.
