 Responsible for running and updating depreciation dashboard during month end and coordinate with PBI IT team on this. Responsible for reviewing and managing FAL (Fixed Asset Listing) for NAM and Ecuador. Responsible for completing Asset Audits daily and reporting any discrepancies to OPRM (Operational managers) in the field and fixed asset managers in hub.  Performing and collaborating in fiscal book’s reconciliation projects for Tax purposes. Assisting with implementing and updating of business processes in fixed asset team to ensure asset capitalization request are adhering to the SLB guidelines; Managing assets to ensure transactions are properly used during depreciation/AUC/capitalization process. Collaborating in six different business process improvement projects related to Power Bi and fix asset team.

 Experience in translating complex financial statements for associated companies of the Schlumberger product-lines/segments into meaningful, actionable insights.  Ensuring adequate processing of invoices and SOR’s (Statement of Recharge). Managing billions of worth AR collections & EFT’s for respective segments monthly. This entails posting of cash settlements advised by Treasury by clearing the General ledger of outstanding AP/AR  Responsible for settlements of refunds and any collections discrepancies,  Responsible for timely plotting of financial numbers in HFM Matrices to ensure executive management can review these numbers and used them for financial forecast.  Provide commentary to controllers of reporting group on significant movement of associated company accounts assists in projects as they arise,

Handle vast array of financial and accounting functions. Managed bank deposits, accounts, analysis of cash ratio, and financials. Develop invoices and financial statements for clients. Handles A/R and A/P accounts. Prepare and distribute checks to clients and vendors. Cold calling. Manage sales invoices and purchases. Assist with administration duties.

• Training new associate, helping in new employee orientation, maintaining training plans, ensuring training is following corporate guideline/compliance. • Giving new employee orientations and guiding through the campus resources. • Screening new hires, scheduling interviews, prescreening for candidates, checking referrals. • Maintained direct contact with students including individuals and small groups to continuously develop action plans for academic success. • Provided outreach, referrals, and intervention for student population.
