• Establishing recruitment goals in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation and in turn developing a recruitment strategy e.g., what type of individuals should be targeted and what recruitment message should be communicated. • Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates using platforms such as Application Tracking System: Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter as well as onboarding new hires for all areas within the business. • Involved in the recruitment process e.g. conducting assessments centres and utilising online technologies. • Helped developing the diversity and inclusions policy to communicate and promote the organisation values. • Updating the careers website to host employee profiles and describe job areas to create meaningful insight into how a candidate could fit into the organisation as well as feeding this insight into the Glassdoor page.

• Shadowed the Capacity, Planning and Demand Management team to understand application of workflow management tools to identify resourcing challenges and opportunities for Operations. • Observing the risk team handle various incidents which impact the organisations SLA’s and how this is managed and communicated with multiple stakeholders.
