I have over nine years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and account management, working with global technology companies such as Oracle, VMware and Delphix. My core competencies include recruiting niche skills, R&D hiring, managing stakeholder expectations, developing candidate engagement models, and utilizing various tools and techniques to find and attract top talent.
