* Coordinating all administrative, supervisory and operational activities before, during and after clinics. * Discussing critical matters with parents, school authorities and school board and relaying information to the Foundation (Toronto Foundation for Student Success, TFSS) while abiding to the code of conduct and maintaining confidentiality. * Liaising with schools regarding clinic preparation and schedule timely school visits to ensure appropriate clinic space at each school. * Supporting and mentoring other vision and hearing clinic screeners to sustain a cordial and productive team. * Always on-call to attend to parents' and teachers' concerns and questions about child's test results and for further advice. * Creating and Updating various Accounting and Scheduling spreadsheets to maintain bookkeeping. * Conducting vision screening tests in preschool and school aged children when required.
