-Manage end-to-end cybersecurity training projects, from proposal development to delivery. -Prepare training proposals and develop detailed Statements of Work (SOW). -Develop project execution plans and oversee PR and PO processes. -Prepare project status reports, final presentations, and evaluation reports. -Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement. -Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful and timely execution.

-Manage the leaves ( All types pf leave according to Saudi Labor Laws) -Preparing Letters for Visa purposes and attested by Chamber of Commerce. -Managing the Allowances for Education allowances -Maintain and update employee records through SAP -Manage day-to-day requests through SAP system ( Employee change info & adding dependents) -Manage the offboarding.process (Exit interview, Clearance , Experiences letter) -Managing the Allowances for ticket allowances

- Meeting the project requirements in Setting up a scope of work based on PO line items. - Prepare invoices, monthly changes, and all required reports to clients & Kafaat's departments on monthly basis and when requested. - Develop an open and effective channel of communication with each client by becoming the reliable point of contact for each client to establish a strong business relationship. - Deliver progressively, variety of project requests (outsourcing, HR consultation, Public Relations, Training, HR Operations, Payroll, Organization and Development and Employee Relations) projects. - Collection recognition.
