Role: Worked as Harness Test Engineer in the Wiring Department on harness testing for Bayraktar TB2 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. Key Responsibility &Achievements: • Contributed to improving the accuracy of the harness tester by researching documentation of the tester. • Designed and carried out a harness with various connectors. Performed high voltage, low voltage, open circuit and short circuit tests. • Worked on IPC/WHMA-A-620A and NASA-STD-8739 standards, observed that the harness complies with these standards and reported to the department chief. Role: Worked as a Hardware Design and Manufacturing Engineer in R&D Department on Manufacturing HM55 Hand Module and CM23 Control Module. Key Responsibility &Achievements: • Designed a 2-layer PCB to experience Eagle CAD. • Manufactured and tested HM55 Hand Module and CM23 Control Module for Tanker and Pump Automation. Technologies used: Eagle CAD, SMD & TH Soldering, PCB Testing.
