I charge of managing the Marketing and Events Department, the Exhibitions Department, and the Museum Programs Department at the Hail Regional Museum. *When the Museums and Regional Heritage Sector was part of the Ministry of Tourism.*

General Administration of Museums

- Responsible for collecting beneficiary data and managing customer relationships effectively. - Preparation of bid documentation for competitive tenders and responding to Requests for Proposals (RfP). - Attending meetings, including bid opening sessions for project awarding. - Supervising the execution of events, festivals, and projects, as well as managing company purchases. - Coordinating and scheduling tourist trips, ensuring all travel requirements are met, such as contracting daily wage tour guides for group management, guiding them at tourist sites, liaising with air or ground transportation companies, and accommodation service providers like hotels, motels, and restaurants for hosting tourist groups. - Acting as a tour guide for certain tourist groups and evaluating the overall travel experience.

The program enhances my ability to analyze business environments, lead teams effectively, manage change, and develop high-impact strategies that improve overall performance.
