Promoting Pertemps services to both private and public external organisations including job centre plus, voluntary community organisations, schools, colleges, refugee centres, homeless shelters and employers. * Key Achievements: Taking full ownership of the operational profit & loss and overturning an underperforming centre and supply chain partner within a two month period. * Duties; * Managing a team of 20 staff to become the best performing branch in the region. * Year-on-year growth in profitability within the branch. * Seconded to a larger under-performing site to improve performance which I was able to overturn within a two month period. * Developing, implementing and reviewing personal development plans for staff. * Managed the supply chain to ensure they achieved job entry targets and met their service level agreement. Increases Steps to works performance by 100% by monitoring performance, sharing best practice and implementing a performance improvement plan that I monitored on a monthly basis.

Managing and delivering the employment zone project within Birmingham. Helping to managing a team of 15 staff members and liaising with external organisations to promote the project. Day to day tasks include motivating staff, performance management, analysing stats and figures, report writing and conducting personal development and caseload reviews. I was also chosen to manage the closure of one of our City branches this involved putting an exit plan of action together, partaking in HR consultations and making sure that the exit transition went as smooth as possible.
