At PolyU's School of Hotel and Tourism Management in Hong Kong, I am now a Year 4 student studying Hotel Management. Prior to enrolling at PolyU, I completed a Hospitality Management program at HKCC. I joined the PloyU Mentorship Program while attending HKCC so that I could learn more from my mentor and become more familiar with the hospitality sector. He shared a lot of his experiences with me, which increased my interest in this field. Additionally, they serve as helpful examples for me in my future professional life, helping me to better prepare for the future. Right now, I am employed with Coucou Hotpot‧Tea Break. Form my working experiences, I have developed my interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities. For instance, in order to prepare the food for the customers without making them wait too long, we must work quickly and accurately without making any mistakes or duplications. I am looking forward to challenges and chances in my future life since I am keen to pick up new skills and gain experience.
