Control new items in the ERP system, including Bill of Materials and production routing. Control current and expected stock value. Related to required production volume and cost of product a maximum stock value is set. Investigate the problems that make inventory value higher than the set target, solve the problem by implementing a new process flow, to improve control. •Purchasing Source new materials and find new vendors in Thailand and as well overseas in order to reduce costs. To maintain low stock levels the lead-time of raw material supply needs to be carefully managed. Communicate level about supply strategy with the vendors, both oversea and local, on management on the subjects of reducing lead time of delivery, consignment stock, (electronic) order processing, and forecasting, pricing and payment term Improve performance or find new source using Vendor rating systems and Supplier assessment •Warehouse Control and minimize stock levels, and control movements in the warehouse. Warehouse is using FIFO and lot control, supported ERP system. Every movement is traceable.

2004-2007 Control all processes necessary to deliverer in time to the customers. Prepare production planning and material supply using the ERP system. Control production orders to use correct Bill of Materials. Plan priorities for incoming inspection and follow up on production output and outgoing inspection for making the export plan. Coordinated and assure good communication between all departments, Logistics, Production, QA and Warehouse.
