Graduate Research Assistant in Louisiana Tech University. My thesis topic was "Study of Soil Binding Capability of Spartina alterniflora (smooth cord grass) growing on newly created dredged soils in Coastal Louisiana" supervised by Dr. Jay Wang Laboratory instructor for Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering

Worked under the supervision of Mr. Mark Leadon, senior coastal engineer, and completed the 240 hours of internship responsibilities as a part of Coastal Science Assistantship Program. During my time I worked on a preliminary depth-averaged model using Delft 3D Flow for East Timablier Island to study longshore and cross-shore land change. I also worked on the analysis and compilation of CRMS (Coastwide Reference Monitoring System) dataset using Matlab and Excel, and presented the analysis to my supervisor. I also studied different marsh creation projects of the 2015 Coastal Master Plan which were in the design phase.

* Carry out Traffic Impact Analysis of LED backlit-plate installed on traffic light panel at intersections on the metro railroad crossing in Houston downtown. * Supervise and conduct the survey of different bus stops locations using Total Station to evaluate feasibility for Houston METRO bus stop improvement project. * Designed the bus stop facilities as per METRO standards by using existing and required sight distance, right of way, existing amenities, shelter type, existing landing pads and transitions. * Guided CAD specialists, surveyors, and the support personnel in the successful delivery of projects within scope and time.
