I currently oversee Finance Receivable & Payable functions, ensuring smooth sales billing and adjustments across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce and B2B platforms. With a strong background in bookkeeping, I maintain accurate financial records and manage vendor processes efficiently using Oracle NetSuite. I’m also responsible for reconciling books and GRNs across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce and B2B transactions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with financial policies. As part of my role in Quick Commerce, I check and adjust promotional claims, ensuring proper validation and processing. My expertise in financial reconciliation and process optimization helps streamline operations and improve cash flow management.

I managed the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, execute Sales Billing and Purchase Order processing and handle Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliation. I maintain thorough Book-Keeping records and am proficient in utilizing the SAP Ariba Portal for Vendor processes. Ensuring compliance with TDS regulations is part of my responsibilities, and I regularly prepare detailed Costing Sheets. Additionally, I implement effective Stock Management practices and excel in financial tasks and documentation. Proficiency in e-Invoicing and e-Way processes is also within my skill set.

I drove CASA account acquisition for growth, spearheading efforts to expand our customer base. I executed cross-sales initiatives, promoting various financial products such as loans, demat accounts, and credit cards. Customer queries were addressed with prompt efficiency under my supervision. Additionally, I maintained accurate records of customer data, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the information within our systems.

I conducted in-depth stock analyses to inform decision-making, executed trades, and managed portfolio activities. Collaboration with financial service providers was undertaken to gain valuable insights. I also ensured compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the process.
