• Provide industry and functional advice in the requirements workshops and functional design of the Product solution for the client’s business needs. • Support the deliverables of the technical consultants by providing business and functional guidance and solutions (reports, plugins, and interfaces). • Consult with client users to determine business requirements and work processes to be addressed by one or more areas of the Product solution. • Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs and any other deliverables required by the project as determined by the Project Manager and Lead Business Consultant.

• Team member of Allegro implementation, integration and software upgrade projects • Conduct requirements workshops and analysis to capture customer needs. • Configure and assist in the integration of APIs in Allegro. • Perform issue resolution, analysis, and troubleshooting. • Provide informative and tailored customer training on the application

• Work with assigned clients delivering primary and secondary support in a timely manner. • Troubleshoot, isolate, and recreate issues within Allegro software and work with R&D specialists to provide solutions. • Ensuring to log all issues raised accurately and maintain awareness of issue resolution status. • Problem analysis by studying the code and class event written in C# with SQL Server 2008r2 or Oracle10g as the backend. • Development role for immediate requirement of Class events required by the client or in-house team in C# using VS 2010 tool
