Conducting CFT meeting to discuss regarding project Cost, Manufacturing feasibility, and alternative process. Discuss project feasibility with customer in terms of Project timeline. Manufacturing process, RM, Dimensional accuracy, and GD & T. Review & study of supplier based costing. Development of new projects with supplier and in-house as per Project timeline agreed by customer. Weekly update of project progress as per APQP timeline to customer. Preparing Part & FTG costing for the project & internal technical review with CFT team for finalizing the RFQ working. Preparing & maintaining the business development data from initial stage.
