As Vice President of Events & Experiences at Aldar, I lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of over 350 global events annually, spanning major cities including London, Dubai, and Beijing. These events include high-profile product launches, client activations, and luxury hospitality experiences designed to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and real estate sales across Aldar’s expansive property portfolio. I am responsible for aligning event strategy with business objectives, enhancing the brand’s visibility, and ensuring each event delivers measurable impact in both the short and long term. My role also involves overseeing a cross-functional team dedicated to driving innovative event strategies, ensuring that Aldar remains at the forefront of the real estate sector's experiential marketing landscape

Duties & Responsibilities: • Implement and activate the Abu Dhabi Convention Bureau strategy, marketing plan and online strategy to promote for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a leading conference & exhibition travel destination. • Assist in achievement of the set targets, secure and maintain client relationships • Manage key accounts and act as liaison between hotels, exhibition and conference centers, vendors and suppliers, stakeholders and clients to ascertain their precise event requirements and to ensure the effective delivery of events. • Encourage, coordinate and conduct site inspections and facility visits for prospective conference organizers. • Meet and liaise with conference & exhibitions organizers and Key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi to plan all details necessary for successful event. • Developing, implementing and managing events • Acting as key contact point for prospective customers seeking information on facilities and activities in the region and matching the needs of the client to venues and businesses. • Assisting in bid preparation and implement the initiatives specifically developed for conferences and exhibitions including direct marketing, sales calls, attendance at trade shows and industry events. • Generate new conference and exhibition business for Abu Dhabi through proactive sales activity including
