* Manage and develop sales support staff. * Review sales progress within assigned Business section and Unit. * Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. * Holds regular meeting with sales staff. * Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. * Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. * Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective performance.

* Manage Distributor’s Sales staff to ensure delivery through effective execution of Sales strategies. * Develop and execution of JBP’s for customers to drive business accordingly. * Target monitoring on daily basis to analyze sales trend and plan accordingly. * Develop Strong relationship with customers as to run business smoothly. * Ensure operational excellence of customer at market level. * Identify and increase business outlets in market. * Proper Execution of Brand/SKU Launch/Relaunch. * Ensure Availability and Display drives in market. * Manage and utilize properly customer’s funds into the business. * Develop and motivate Sales Team.
