Roles & Responsibilities : • Managing end to end all essential export documentation / port related activities. • Check for International tenders through trade websites, Relief Webs etc. • Coordination with customers and resolve their queries quickly and patiently • Check the feasibility of bidding the tender, sourcing & prepare the cost sheet to participate, Follow ups for order confirmation, Execution from shipment till delivery to the destination and • Review and validating of Pre-shipment & Post shipment documents. • Managing the payment settlement among the vendors. • Logistics Management – freight negotiation & finalization with various agents. • Daily communication with buyers regarding the order status, shipment status & stock availability there at buyers W/H. • Sourcing for all new products to fulfil the requirements of tender. • Review of Pre shipment & Post shipment documents.

• Managing for new tenders through United Nations & NGO’s organisations. • Managing the processing of the tender including submission, specifications, documentation, Quality certificate, test report, bank guarantee or Bond letter , sample arrangement etc. • Daily communication with buyers regarding the order status, shipment status & stock availability there at buyers W/H. • Monitoring the distributor/ agent for effective deliverances of services. • Managing buyer’s & CFA (Clearing and Forwarding Agents) Queries on regular basis.

Role & Responsibility • Communicating daily with overseas buyers in achieving various international business objectives. • Maintaining the service level of stock & rush orders, lead time of export orders, Post shipment documents, transportation & packaging cost • Prepare the parts internal meeting data on monthly basis included direct marketing. • Handling Quality issues, Payments Issues with other Business partners (agents, distributors, licensees, joint ventures, etc). • Worked in Logistics management in international trade, International Marketing on a worldwide basis.
