• Advised the Board and executive leadership by elevating youth perspectives into organizational strategy, program design, and community initiatives. • Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, strategy, technology, and finance) to assess issues and inform decision-making. • Identified and analyzed key social challenges affecting youth, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Responsible for developing data requirements for indicators within a project team, including ITS. These requirements played a pivotal role in shaping the design and execution of public reporting. • Led the publication of the National Organ Donation and Transplantation Indicator Prioritization Report, fostering transparency and buy-in from the ODT community. • Conducted timely exploratory analysis on indicators by leveraging Python and SAS programming skills to analyze data sourced from national data holdings.
