• Manage full cycle recruitment process to meet the various talent requirements across all levels within multiple business units. • Build rapport with all levels of hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations • Ensure recruitment processes are carried out in a professional, structured and consistent manner and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. • Sourcing candidates via both traditional and digital channels eg through cold calls, media and web advertising, employee referrals and external agencies. • Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and coordinate pre-employment tests as needed • Utilize alternate recruiting strategies and tools to gain active access to talent pools for future pipeline. - Java developer, .NET Developer, Automation Tester, Data Analyst, iOS Developer, Database Administrator, Service Desk Analyst, Application Support
