Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to providing exceptional customer service, assisting and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing new sales strategies, product knowledge, training new employees, handling and solving customer's concerns, weekly scheduling, cashiering, answering phones, greeting customers, maintaining accountability of all sales transactions, daily bank deposits, cash handling and following all company policies and procedures while maintaining profitability.

Assistant to the Director of Marketing and Sales) Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to coordinating and monitoring all order fulfillment activities from time of order receipt through order invoicing for private label canned pet food customers, proactively coordinating the processing of orders to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while maximizing cost efficiencies for the company, communicating directly with the Director of Marketing, appropriating plant personnel, corporate personnel and customers in order to achieve the objectives, conducting collection calls for delinquent payments on account receivables and reconciling the A/R accounts, participating in the National Pet Trade Shows, other duties as assigned.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to reporting directly to the owner of the company, providing customer service support, assisting the sales team, proof reading documents, filing, faxing, e-mailing, copying, answering phones, setting appointments and meetings, and assisting with the day to day operations of the company.
