General Administrator duties along with wage data imput and supplying of quotations.

Responsible for the chasing of outstanding debts, processing of sales orders, placing orders with suppliers, typing of quotations, general admin duties.

Having never worked in sales before and joining The Access Group in 2003 working within the Testing & Maintenance Divison building up the Testing sales database by generating new business with clients we've never worked with before, offering our services, providing Testing Quotations, chasing the Quotations on a regular basis, securing the Purchase Orders and processing of internal paperwork to allow Operations to book the works in on site. In 2006 the Testing & Maintenance Divison of The Access Group split from the Organisation setting up as a seperate company (Access Testing). Having being transferred to Access Testing due to the split, carrying out the same role, building the database up even further and also the chasing of Remedial / Installation works, again securing even more orders (new business and renewals) and achieving quarterly targets on a regular basis. In December 2015 Access Testing was bought out by Premier Technical Services Group, although still trading as a seperate entity we are now part of the larger group.
