Sue Bohaichuk

Sue's background reflects diverse roles as an executive leader, post-secondary educator, and board director in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. As a CPA (CMA), her skills span strategic planning, financial management, risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, public policy and program delivery, advocacy and community relations, communications, human resources and IMIT management. Sue has worked in a variety of sectors spanning health care, agriculture, energy, education, and social supports. She received a fellowship from CPA Alberta in recognition of her post-secondary teaching excellence and extensive volunteer commitments in serving on international, interprovincial, and local non profit boards relating to economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Sue is a lifelong learner and recently completed an MBA in Leadership and Human Resources. She is currently teaching post-secondary accounting, leadership, human resources, project management, business management, and communications courses. Her previous roles include Chief Executive Officer for the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association and Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Financial Officer for the Government of Alberta.
