Currently leading Probottlers ( group company of Ruthani Beverages and Innscor group) in Harare, Zimbabwe on Operations management for carbonated soft drinks , cordial, water, energy drink sans sports drinks manufacturing. The company is proud owner of world class brands - Fizzi, Balleyhouse, H2GO, Activ8, St. Claire’s, Mammoth and more brands are to be established. It is also holding 2nd largest cordial share in Zimbabwe market and is committed to grow by 25% yoy. Quality commitment and sustainability are key initiatives by the company. I have done my Bachelors in Chemistry -St. Xavier's College , Kolkata , IN and then moved on to further bachelor degree in Food technology & Bio chemical Engineering -Jadavpur University -Kolkata, IN with a GOLD MEDAL , securing 1st position. I have also done post graduation in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute from Pune , IN and exposed further in other training program for Operations Excellence - Six Sigma, Lean strategies & management systems - ISO 9001/ISO 22000/ISO 50001 from various reputed institutes of INDIA. I have also skilled in new product development on food and beverage products and bear a certification from CFTRI , Mysore and recently completed Senior Leadership Management from Xavier's Labor Relation Institute management , IN which is a post graduate program.
