Client: Puget Sound Energy (PSE). Project 1) 700 MHz wireless spectrum implementation. This project is to build out required infrastructure and deploying technology needed to utilize, 700MHz bandwidth at PSE’s electric and gas sites, for communication. I am scheduling, managing work and collaborating with resources from facilities, network architects, RF tech team, telecom transport team, network and firewall engineering teams. I have been working with the vendor 4RF for radio configurations, required for the deployment. Project 2) IP SCADA Implementation. IP SCADA project is enhancing the communications at the electric substations from Vancomm protocol to DNP/IP. In this project we are replacing the old D20 to new RTACs. I coordinated the transport, firewall, network, facilities, SCADA, Substation controls, Substation operations, relay group and EMS teams. This multi-year project. Project 3) Distribution Automation Application (YFA) Deployment . Managed and Coordinated RFP process (the vendor and product selection). Part of the team, that gathered the system requirements (functional) and security requirements (technical). Worked with vendor and PSE IT purchasing and procurement to finalize and execute SOW. Coordinated with solution architect, Tech Leads, Telecom/SCADA and IT security teams to do technology feasibility assessment (TFA) and Integrated Design Documentation (IDD) to Review Board. Closely worked with PSE internal teams to host the test and production environments. Project 4) Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Implementation. PIM project is to find a best software vault to secure the privileged accounts and the password keys. As a IT PM, I coordinated business requirements gathering, planning, financial forecasting, RFP process, vendor selection and successful implementation of the Thycotic Secret Server.

Project I) LVMPD P25 Radio System. I worked as a project manager in the implementation of the new P25 radio system throughout LVMPD. In this role I managed and coordinated LVMPD radio technicians, Motorola personnel (Vendor), and Metrocomm/dispatch personnel. Involved in the detail design review (DDR) and documented the changes. Successfully implemented and tested the Phase 1 of NICE system (Radio recording system) and P25 Technisonic radios in the helicopters. As a project manager, I ensured that all the change orders are completed within the budget and in a timely manner. I held regular team meetings and involved the team in decision making. I was responsible for project status reports to the LVMPD Radio Dept. Director and an Asst. Sheriff (stakeholders). My responsibilities included project equipment (hardware) ordering, inventory management, and tracking the received equipment from vendors. I created a transition and training plan for the P25 deployment. Project III) Crime View Data Mapping. I have managed the vendor (Omega Group) to meet the business requirements of the Analytical Section (ANSEC), Area Command Intelligence Officers (ACIO’s) and other analytical groups within the timeline. Crime view data mapping helps officers and detectives find trends and associations of crime based on the geographical area. Project budget US $600,000. Project IV) Information Sharing and Analytical Tools/ Intelligence Lead Policing. I coordinated gathering business requirements from various user groups and the project sponsor and created a gap analysis document, project goals, and schedule. I managed the vendor to achieve this goal on a weekly basis. I created a strategic plan for the future of the project. This project consists of consolidating five different data sources and has one front end portal to extract or query data from all five data sources.

Involved in an upgrade of Oracle HR Application module v 10.X to v 11.X During upgrade of the application created test scripts and coordinated the QA/QC with end users. Troubleshoot system problems by working with Oracle Support Analysts and taking the corrective measures. Coordinating changes to database with end users and IS department to develop appropriate data/information. Created data integrity reports to maintain and audit HR database. Responsible for designing and creating reports for HR, Training, Benefits, and Occupational Health Departments along with reports that meet requirements and standards of mandatory government reporting. Completed a lot of special projects requested by end users and HR management. Keeping up with current developments in HR systems and subsystems and making recommendations to the upper management for system enhancements.

Developed various Stored Procedures to retrieve and manipulate data residing on data repository. Worked as a team member in development of Work Management System (WMS) and created several Database Triggers to enforce business rules. Part of a three member team that designed Work Flow for WMS project Created procedures, functions and triggers using PL/SQL, created database triggers on user defined tables to keep track of audit trail and transaction details. Worked on various utilities of exporting and importing data objects and data.
