Led the development of a circularity assessment tool aimed to help Architects evaluate and enhance building circularity from an early design phase. The challenge was hosted by N3XTCODER in partnership with BBSR (Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung). - Leveraging my background in product design and sustainability, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing tool to map user flows and decode the underlying calculation logic. - Facilitated structured discussions with a cross-functional team and domain experts to refine the problem statement and define project priorities to deliver within a 6-week agile sprint. - We delivered a clickable prototype with a streamlined-simplified user experience, integrating AI-guided assistance with smart tooltips, an ML-based material suggestion/matching logic and a custom GPT for value-added insights. - We are currently in consideration to continue work on the tool with development support from N3XTCODER and AI consulting support from Civic coding consulting.

- Lead product innovation and implementation for multiple Sustainability initiatives within the global Net Zero Cloud community - Responsible for e2e product roadmap and design for multiple products as an extension of Net Zero Cloud including support for product GTM - Worked as a Functional lead for multiple composable connectors build using Mulesoft for Sustainability data ingestion and carbon footprinting

Worked as a Sr. Business Analyst with myWizard, an Accenture initiative focused on delivery automation and unlocking enhanced business value for the client, with teams across geographies. Few products I have owned end to end are as follows: Automation store design and delivery (Created the Accenture product catalogue providing a seamless shopping experience to the Accenture client team); Knowledge Portal design (bite sized learning with gamification); Building use cases for different ALM/automation tool Integration.

- Defined the E2E process flow for the product – Cataloguing of the automation assets including asset certification compliance /IP compliance, Order tracking, Order fulfillment • Actively collaborated with the UX team for product design and intuitive user experience per the requirements • Worked with the development and testing teams across aligned work streams to ensure product delivery per timelines • In a team of 200+ members, key POC to setup TFS (Team Foundation Server) for project management • Received “Accenture Celebrates Excellence - Individual” award for diligence at work and good communication

- Managed agile test delivery and automation delivery with an 8 member team across geographies - Key test POC in the implementation of a win-loss prediction tool on Salesforce Einstein. Mapped the models and the correlation of the different parameters to come up with the appropriate test data to achieve good test coverage - Integrated automated test execution with build completion using Jenkins and GIT - Developed a good understanding of the Sales and CRM framework

- Supported system migration – SAP to Salesforce CRM, Integration testing ( application user base of 25000) - Used Agile methodology of SDLC and handed dynamic requirements - Developed KT documents (PPT, Excel) for application reference - Gained functional knowledge about the sales platform - Opportunity classification, Pricing, Account management, Quality assessment of deal - Buddy for 'New joiners/ juniors' in team - Implemented automation framework from scratch in UFT (Keyword framework)

The program consisted of 350+ hours of learning, featuring concise recorded sessions led by esteemed faculty from Northwestern University, Kellogg school of management. Through a series of assignments, we delved deep into essential topics, deepening our understanding. The culmination was an enriching capstone project, synthesizing concepts across the entire product lifecycle—from initial design to commercialization.
