during this time period my role here was to a. Responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities. b. Provide sales and marketing administration support in processing sales orders and Export orders for KSA, Bahrain and Iraq. c. Scheduling minute’s meetings and reminders with to do task along with letter preparation for product and branch shortage tracking its resultant outcome. d. Providing and keeping the stock reports of local as well as Export branches upto date with other reports in assistance to stock report such as Slowing items and Copacking Reports. e. Assistance in preparing for baladiya for Export as well as local.

*  Quality Control of project documents, design specifications and requirements. *  Quality Analysis of data specifications and verify defect entries in data specifications. *  Preparation of Various reports such as Fit-up and weld reports, weld summary report for structural and offskid. *  Preparation of Mt (magnetic penetration report), (ultrasonic)Ut report, (liquid penetration)Pt report and (radiography test) Rt report. *  Welder information update and fabrication report. *  Analyzing As built Controlled copy drawings and making entries for reports for changes in Revision. *  Preparation of Final Inspection release record for offskid and structural item/module for current project upon which i was working for.

*  Preparation of reports such as required by management such as daily attendance report , statement of accounts * preparing memos * Filing and faxes and all admin related task * Handling tenders and quotations. * Data entry and document controller as well.

* This was part of my mba curriculum. My Contribution to the project was to find out how well the Company maintains working * its working capital by using the 7 important Ratios such as gross profit ratio, net profit , Roi etc * and to check if they were able to Counter the effects of underutilized working capital.
