As Event Staff Member, I participated and help organize several major events held at GATE College including the Welcome Party, College Anniversary Event and College Day & Environment Day Event. My duties and responsibilities included work both in front and back of the house. I assisted in the kitchen, cooking dishes under the supervision of chef. In addition, I participated in the mise-en-place and mise-en-scene aspects of preparation for the events, ensuring that the kitchen was properly equipped and the venue was correctly setup. Finally, I welcomed guests and was a member of the serving staff.

Daily operation was the basic schedule of the Job. Mise-en -place for the restaurant, welcoming, escorting to guest, taking order, serving food and beverages, clearing table were job allocation in Job Period. Guest complains handling, emergency service for the high profile guest is the extra qualities in Job Period

My jobs includes identifying customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs and provide appropriate products, services or information and meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames. Identifying and take all opportunities to enhance quality of service. Maximizing sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilizing suggestive and up selling techniques. I always provide assistance to colleague when required, to ensure designated work goals are met within allocated time. I always conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.

This position required motivating and leading team members. Planning menu and increasing guest satisfaction was my major jobs. My job and responsibilities included coordinating with management and suggesting innovative and creative idea.

This position required that I work in the production kitchen of the college's multi-cuisine restaurant. Under the supervision of the chef, I helped prepare the dishes on the La Mezzaluna's daily menu.
