As CFO , am overall responsible for all the financial functions which include management of Cash Flows, Accounting, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation and also for Risk Management and Business Strategy.

Joined FBL as General Manager Finance in 2006 - spearheaded efforts in standardizing MIS, implemented a new ERP, was actively involved in the finalisation of the location and subsequent setting up of a new plant at Dahej SEZ and arranged working capital and long-term funds to meet the funding requirements of the organisation on a regular basis.

As Manager - Finance and Accounting and Head Accounts was responsible for Financial planning, Formulation of Annual Operating Plans (Budgets) and quarterly rolling forecasts, Financial clearances to Projects, Business Controls, Adherence to the accounting policies of the Group for group consolidation, Cash Flows , Statutory, Internal Audits, Tax and Transfer Pricing Audits, Corporate Taxation - Independent filing of returns & handling of assessments till Appellate Commissioner level.
