In my current role at RV University, I lead strategic outreach efforts across Bangalore and South India, working closely with top schools, education consultants, and vendors to drive student engagement and admissions. Established strong institutional relations with 100+ schools in Bangalore through active engagement with the Sahodaya School Complex network. Conceptualized and successfully executed three education leadership training programs for senior school leadership, strengthening RVU’s position as a thought leader. Designed, planned, and implemented RVU’s first Summer School, attracting students from leading schools and building long-term brand affinity. Spearheaded school outreach initiatives that resulted in over 200 confirmed admissions, significantly contributing to RVU’s undergraduate intake. Built and nurtured a wide-reaching network of school principals, vendors, and consultants across South India, enabling faster reach and deeper institutional trust.

At JAGSoM, I managed the full spectrum of the admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Handled the end-to-end admissions lifecycle including application screening, eligibility evaluation, applicant communication, and documentation. Facilitated student consultations and guided applicants through the program selection and registration process. Collaborated with academic teams to align outreach efforts with course-specific goals and maintained timely status updates to applicants.

As part of the core admissions team, I played a key role in driving enrollments and ensuring smooth parent engagement. Conducted student assessments and managed school tours for prospective families. Coordinated multiple school-based promotional activities, education expos, and summer camps. Maintained accurate admissions MIS, processed ERP entries, and supported school documentation including bonafide and transfer certificates. Acted as a liaison for parents, addressing academic and non-academic queries with prompt resolution.
