I lead portfolio and product strategy at Godrej Properties, one of India’s fastest-growing real estate developers. My role spans the entire lifecycle ,from concept to post-handover, across ₹15,000 Cr+ of residential and mixed-use developments pan-India. • Align product strategy with business objectives and market insights, delivering differentiated offerings across diverse customer segments. • Leverage design thinking and segmentation frameworks to shape high-impact, consumer-centric product propositions. • Established an industry-first USP audit framework to ensure delivery integrity and alignment with brand promises. • Developed a proprietary digital platform to centralize product workflows, improve transparency, and accelerate decision-making. • Applied data-driven models to optimize unit configurations, parking allocation, and pricing strategy, improving buyer fit and sales velocity.

Part of the Executive Chairman’s office, I led strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and organization development in one of India’s top EPC firms: • Developed annual corporate strategy plans and aligned business unit targets across domestic and international markets. • Identified a $10Bn opportunity pipeline and supported country-entry strategies through risk assessments. • Spearheaded HR strategy: codifying organizational values and co-designing the growth roadmap for 1,200+ employees. • Drove project performance reviews across $4Bn+ worth of EPC projects and flagged operational inefficiencies. • Created Sr management presentations and MIS dashboards for business reviews, advocacy, and external engagements.

Worked on India’s largest metro PPP project (₹12,600 Cr), driving the design, leasing, and onboarding of commercial developments across stations and malls. • Led design and launch of 100,000+ sq.ft. of retail space across metro stations. • Closed $50M+ in lease deals, onboarding 30+ marquee brands. • Managed commercial fit-outs and operations for 35+ retail clients, ensuring on-time go-lives. • Coordinated statutory approvals and collaborated with urban planners on master layouts for 500+ acres. • Played a key role in the metro’s public timely launch, inaugurated by the Hon. Prime Minister of India.

Led design and project coordination for marquee national and international infrastructure and commercial developments. • Spearheaded design for the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue, including its museum and visitor center. • Integrated emerging tech (AR, 3D printing, point cloud) to enhance design precision and delivery. • Contributed to successful bids through cost-optimized design strategies for major tenders. • Led architectural planning for airports, metros, hospitals, and IT campuses across India and the Middle East. • Engineered a structural design innovation that saved ₹25 Cr and reduced project timelines by 6 months.
